Acceptable Use

CREATORSEAL™ is built to help users document the existence of digital files and create a verifiable proof-of-record. You may use CREATORSEAL™ only in compliance with these rules, our Terms, and applicable law.
1. Permitted Use
1.1 You may use CREATORSEAL™ for lawful, authorized purposes related to documenting, organizing, and verifying digital creative work, records, and file-based evidence.
2. Prohibited Use
You may not use CREATORSEAL™ to:
- 2.1violate any law, regulation, or court order;
- 2.2infringe, misappropriate, or violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- 2.3seal, verify, upload, process, or reference material you do not have the right to use;
- 2.4create, submit, or maintain false, misleading, fabricated, or manipulated proof records;
- 2.5impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or rights in any file or record;
- 2.6harass, threaten, defame, exploit, stalk, or abuse any person;
- 2.7transmit malware, malicious code, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful material;
- 2.8interfere with, disrupt, probe, scan, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems;
- 2.9bypass access restrictions, abuse trials, create fake accounts, or use automation in a way that harms the service;
- 2.10use CREATORSEAL™ in connection with fraud, forgery, evidentiary manipulation, or deception;
- 2.11rely on CREATORSEAL™ as a substitute for legal advice, legal representation, or legal registration requirements.
3. Verification and Record Integrity
3.1 CREATORSEAL™ may help document that a file existed in a particular form at a particular time and may help verify whether a file matches a recorded fingerprint. You may not use the service to create a false impression about authorship, ownership, legal rights, infringement, or likely legal outcome.
3.2 A proof-of-record, receipt, verification result, or evidence bundle may support a user's recordkeeping and documentation, but it does not by itself determine ownership or replace legal advice.
4. Account and Access Abuse
4.1 You are responsible for your account and for activity that occurs through it. You may not share credentials improperly, evade account limits, or use the service in a way that creates security, legal, or operational risk for CREATORSEAL™ or others.
5. Enforcement
5.1 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service, remove or limit content or metadata, or take other reasonable action if we believe you have violated these rules, our Terms, or applicable law, or if your use creates risk for CREATORSEAL™, its users, or third parties.
6. Reporting Abuse
6.1 If you believe CREATORSEAL™ is being used unlawfully or abusively, contact us at legal@creatorseal.app.
