1. Eligibility

1.1  You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use CREATORSEAL™.

1.2  If you use CREATORSEAL™ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

2.1  CREATORSEAL™ provides tools intended to help users document digital files, generate proof-of-record materials, and verify whether a file matches a recorded fingerprint.

2.2  CREATORSEAL™ does not guarantee legal effect, ownership determination, infringement findings, or litigation outcomes.

3. Accounts

3.1  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

3.2  You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it reasonably current.

4. Your Files and Materials

4.1  You are solely responsible for the files, metadata, records, and materials you submit, process, seal, verify, upload, download, or reference through the service.

4.2  You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use those materials in connection with CREATORSEAL™.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1  Your use of CREATORSEAL™ is subject to our Acceptable Use rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2  You may not use the service in any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized way.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1  CREATORSEAL™ and its software, branding, text, graphics, design, interfaces, and related materials are owned by CREATORSEAL™ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

6.2  Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the service or its materials without authorization.

7. Fees and Plans

7.1  Certain features may require payment, subscription, upgrade, or plan eligibility.

7.2  If applicable, pricing, plan limits, billing details, and feature access will be presented separately in the service. We may update pricing or plan features prospectively as permitted by law.

8. No Legal Advice; No Warranty of Legal Effect

8.1  CREATORSEAL™ is a technical documentation and verification service. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

8.2  A proof-of-record, verification result, receipt, timestamp-related record, or evidence bundle does not by itself establish ownership, infringement, admissibility, or legal outcome.

8.3  If you need legal advice, you should consult a qualified attorney.

9. Service Availability and Changes

9.1  We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

9.2  We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, workflow, or third-party service.

10. Termination

10.1  We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or where necessary for security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

10.2  You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

11.1  To the fullest extent permitted by law, CREATORSEAL™ and all related content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1  To the fullest extent permitted by law, CREATORSEAL™ and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the service.

12.2  To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of CREATORSEAL™ for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of:

1. 12.2.1the amount you paid to CREATORSEAL™ in the 12 months before the claim, or
2. 12.2.2$100 USD

13. Indemnification

13.1  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CREATORSEAL™ and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

1. 13.1.1your use of the service;
2. 13.1.2your files, content, or materials;
3. 13.1.3your violation of these Terms;
4. 13.1.4your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.

14. Governing Law

14.1  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1  We will finalize this section after legal guidance is complete regarding court venue, arbitration, and any related provisions.

16. Changes to These Terms

16.1  We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above.

16.2  Your continued use of the service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
